Avraham Shabshi Friedman (born March 22, 1959, 12 Adar II 5719 in the Jewish calendar) is a popular musical entertainer in the Orthodox Jewish community, although he is known by his stage name, Avraham Fried. Fried has been performing from a young age and currently is one of the foremost musical entertainers of the Orthodox Jewish community. His music is mostly categorized as classical and pop Jewish music, similar to Mordechai ben David.
