Athamanika or Tzoumerka is a mountain in the northeastern Arta Prefecture, the southeastern Ioannina Prefecture and the southwestern Trikala Prefecture. The mountain is a part of the Pindus mountain range. Its maximum elevation is 2,393 m. The GR-30 passes to the north difficultly. It has mountain roads to a point where it rarely connects with the other basin. Its length is approximately 40 km from north to south and its width is approximately 15 to 20 km from east to west.

- Athamaniko (griechisch Αθαμανικό, alternative Bezeichnung Tzoumerka) ist ein in Nord-Süd-Richtung sich ausdehnendes Bergmassiv des südlichen Pindos-Gebirges in Griechenland. Das Bergmassiv ist südöstlich des Lakmos-Massivs gelegen und setzt dieses fort. Die Nord-Süd-Ausdehnung des Athamaniko beträgt ca. 40 km, die Ost-West-Ausdehnung 15 bis 20 km. Im Westen des Athamaniko-Massivs fließt der Fluss Arachthos von Norden nach Süden zu seiner Mündung in den Ambrakischen Golf, im Osten fließt der Fluss Acheloos von Norden nach Süden zu seiner Mündung in das Ionische Meer. Somit stellt das Athamaniko-Massiv die Wasserscheide zwischen diesen beiden großen Flüssen Griechenlands dar.
