Asleep in the Back is the debut album by the band Elbow, released in May 2001. The title track, "Asleep in the Back," was included as a bonus track on later editions of the album after it had been released as a single. There are four different versions of the album: a 12-track version, two 11-track versions only featuring either "Asleep in the Back" or "Can't Stop," and a 10-track version including neither of them.
