Arthur Anthony Baumann (9 January 1856 – 20 June 1936) was a British lawyer and Conservative politician. Baumann was the son of William Baumann of 44, Hyde Park Square. He was educated at Wellington College and Balliol College, Oxford. He was called to the bar at Inner Temple in 1881. In 1885 Baumann was elected Member of Parliament for Peckham. He held the seat until 1892. Baumann wrote a number of books on political history, some of which have been considered worth republishing.
