Thomas Newcomen Archibald Grove was a politician in the United Kingdom, who was commonly known as Archibald Grove. Thomas was the second son of Edward Grove(s) and Elizabeth (probably nee Taylor). He attended Oriel College, Oxford, matriculating 21 January 1875, then later was entered as a student to the Inner Temple on 19 April 1883. He married Kate Sara (widow of Edmund Gurney) in 1889.

In 1891 he was recorded as being a newspaper proprietor in London as the founder and editor of the New Review (commenced 1889) and in 1901 was living by his own means. Grove edited The New Review from 1889 to 1894; some of Tennyson's poems first appeared there. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for West Ham North from 1892 to 1895, and for South Northamptonshire from 1900 to 1906.
