Arale Norimaki is a fictional character and the main protagonist in the anime and manga series Dr. Slump created by Akira Toriyama. She is voiced by Mami Koyama in the first anime and Taeko Kawata in the second. In the Funimation dub of Dragon Ball, she is played by Meredith McCoy for her cameo in the movie and her appearances in the DB TV Series, and by Brina Palencia as a playable character in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

La primera es cuando Son Goku visita la Aldea Pingüino, en ese momento, Arale vence sin ningún esfuerzo al General Blue. La segunda vez aparece en la película Aventura Mística, venciendo al asesino Tao Pai Pai ayudando a Goku una vez más. La última es cuando Goku está buscando las Esferas del Dragón y encuentra dos en la Aldea Pingüino, pero se le rompe el Radar del Dragón y Sembei se lo tiene que arreglar, por lo que Goku se queda unos días en el pueblo y Arale le ayuda a vencer a la Patrulla Roja (Red Ribbon).
