Antichasia is a mountain in the northern Trikala and Larissa prefectures in Thessaly, Greece. The mountain is a part of the Pindus mountain range. The GR-6/E92 is to the south, the Via Egnatia runs through the mountain ranges with a couple of tunnels in which construction started in the late-1990s and continued until the mid-2000s and the GR-15 (Kalambaka - Grevena - Siatista and runs in the east-central portion and the GR-6 runs in the southwest. Its maximum elevation is 1,416 m.
