Anthony " Buddy" Luongo was a New York City mobster and was named Anthony Corallo's successor as Boss of the Lucchese crime family when Anthony "Tony Ducks" Corallo along with his Underboss Salvatore Santoro and Consigliere Christopher Furnari were convicted in the Commission case in late 1986. Luongo, a Bronx faction leader, was murdered on December 1986 by the orders of Brooklyn faction leaders Vic Amuso and Tony Casso.
