She recently recorded a pilot for John O'Farrell's radio show NewsBiscuit Dot. com. Crilly plays the co-host of fictional radio station NewsBiscuit, based on the website of the same name, created by O'Farrell. The show was, according to O'Farrell, a chance for new writers and actors to spread their talent. The pilot may result in a series. She stars in the BBC children's comedy series, Sorry I've Got No Head, alongside William Andrews, James Bachman,Marcus Brigstocke, Mel Giedroyc, Marek Larwood and Nick Mohammed. In December, 2008, Crilly was nominated for a British Comedy Award as Best Female Newcomer for her portrayal of Eastern-European Magda in Lead Balloon, but she lost out to Katy Brand.
