Margaret Ann Hartley known as Ann Hartley (born 1942) is a former New Zealand member of parliament, and a member of the Labour Party. She was first elected to Parliament in the 1999 elections, winning the seat of Northcote. Hartley was previously the mayor of North Shore City, and before that, the mayor of Birkenhead (now a suburb of North Shore City). Before entering politics, she was a real estate agent. She was born in the town of Warkworth.

She was replaced by the next person on Labour's party list, Louisa Wall. She was the Assistant Speaker of the House, and was replaced by Marian Hobbs.
