Anita Ušacka (born 26 April 1952) is a Latvian judge and legal academic. She has been a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia and the International Criminal Court (ICC) Ušacka began working as a legal academic at the University of Latvia in 1975. In 1996, she was appointed one of the first judges of the newly-created Constitutional Court of Latvia. Ušacka served a seven-year term on this court.
