Angus "Gus" Moffatt is a retired Scottish-Canadian former professional footballer who played in the North American Soccer League for the Detroit Cougars, Toronto Metros, Detroit Express and Washington Diplomats. In 1968, Moffatt signed with the Detroit Cougars in the newly established North American Soccer League. He did not play in the NASL again until 1971 when he signed with the Toronto Metros. He spent two seasons with the Metros.

He finished his top level career with the Washington Diplomats in 1981 before playing an unknown number of seasons with the Express, now in the American Soccer League. In the 1980s, Moffatt coached AC Roma, an amateur team in Windsor, Canada. In 1989, Moffatt, along with Brian Tinnion, founded the Detroit Rockers.
