Angika (Dev. अङ्गिका or अंगिका) is an Indo-Iranian language of the Anga region of India, a 58,000 km² area approx. that falls within the states of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Besides India, Angika is also spoken in Tarai region of Nepal, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries. A sizeable Angika speaking population exists in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Gulf Countries.
