Andrew MacDonald (born September 7, 1986) is a professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the sixth round, 160th overall, by the New York Islanders in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He currently plays for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League. He played junior hockey for the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League where he was, along with Keith Yandle, a star defenseman on the team's 2005-2006 championship team.
