About: Andrew Lorraine

Andrew Jason Lorraine is a left-handed former professional baseball player who pitched in Major League Baseball from 1994-2002. He also played for the La New Bears in Taiwan's Chinese Professional Baseball League. Lorraine's family name was originally Levine; but his grandfather, who served with the British army in Alsace-Lorraine, liked the name Lorraine so much he took it as his own. Andrew's father emigrated from England, where Andrew's uncle is an orthodox rabbi.
