André Franco Montoro (July 14, 1916 - July 16, 1999) was a Brazilian politician. He was born in São Paulo as the son of André de Blois Montoro and Tomásia Alijostes. He was a senator and governor of São Paulo. He was a member of several parties, such as PDC, MDB, Party of Brazilian Democratic Movement and one of the founders of PSDB. He was also a law philosopher and a professor at PUC-SP.
