The American Cathedral in Paris, formally known as the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity, is the cathedral for the Convocation of American Churches in Europe of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America. It is located in central Paris, not far from the River Seine. The cathedral appears in the painting Après l'Office à l'Église de la Sainte-Trinité, Noël 1890 ("After the Service at Holy Trinity Church, Christmas 1890") by Jean Béraud.

Elle a été construite à partir de 1881 dans un style néogothique sur les plans de l'architecte anglais George Edmund Street, et inaugurée en 1886. Les vitraux de l'édifice, au nombre de 42, sont dus au verrier James Bell, qui les réalisa entre 1883 et 1893 sur le thème du Te Deum. Elle fut plus tard complétée par une flèche dessinée en 1904-1906 par Arthur Edmond Street, fils de l'architecte original, décédé entre temps; puis en 1911 par un presbytère de l'architecte Pett; et enfin en 1923 par un mémorial aux soldats américains morts pendant la Première Guerre mondiale. L'édifice et son clocher, ainsi que la galerie couverte bordant sa façade sud, ont été inscrits au titre des monuments historiques par un arrêté du 27 août 1997.
