Allegoriya (Allegoriya, the Russian for allegory) - is a Russian folk rock band. It was founded in 2003. "Allegoriya" has been organised by people who interested history and a life of the ancient Slavs, taking before direct part in the organisation of set of role-playing games of the historical modelling devoted to a pre-Christian epoch, in a consequence of that musical style of collective and a direction of its further creative activity have been chosen.

  • «Аллего́рия» — российская фолк-рок группа из Минусинска. Основана 16 февраля 2003 года. Группа «Аллегория» играет акустическую и электроакустическую музыку в стиле фолк-рок. Инструменты: калюка, жалейка, блок-флейта, хобрах, диджериду, конго, бонго, джембе, тамбурин, акустическая гитара, ударная установка, электрогитара, бас-гитара. Группа была организована коллективом людей, интересующимся историей и бытом древних славян, принимавшей до этого непосредственное участие в организации множества ролевых игр исторического моделирования, посвященных дохристианской эпохе, вследствие чего и был выбран музыкальный стиль коллектива и направление его дальнейшей творческой деятельности. Со временем стилистика группы преобразилась в сплав этнической музыки разных культур и современных стилей.
