Allan Turner Howe (September 6, 1927 - December 14, 2000) was a politician from the state of Utah. Howe was born near Murray, Utah, and he graduated from the University of Utah. Howe was elected to the House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1974. After being arrested for soliciting an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute, he lost reelection to Republican Dan Marriott in 1976.
