All Friday has occasionally been accused of knocking off commercially successful punk rock bands such as Good Charlotte and blink-182, but the band's members have seemingly unaffectedly replied their critics by stating that they are just creating music that they themselves enjoy listening to. "Resemblance to any former or contemporary bands, musically or otherwise, is not intentional and purely coincidental," they say.
