Alice Harnoncourt (née Hoffelner; born 26 September 1930 in Vienna, Austria) is a violinist. She is noted for her playing of the Baroque violin, viol, and other stringed instruments. She was a student of Josef Mertin. In 1953, along with her husband Nikolaus Harnoncourt, she formed the period instrument ensemble Concentus Musicus Wien, with whom she has served as principal violinist until 1985.

Until 1968, she performed on a Jakob Stainer violin from 1658, and then switched to an instrument from the Absam region of 1665 vintage. In addition to baroque violin, she has performed on the Pardessus de viole (the smallest form of the viola da gamba), viola and viola d'amore. Alice and Nikolaus Harnoncourt have raised a daughter and three sons. Their two surviving sons are Philipp and Franz. Their third son Eberhard, a violin maker, died in 1990 in an automobile accident.

Bis 1968 spielte sie eine Violine aus dem Jahre 1658 von Jakob Stainer (eben die dort abgebildete Geige, allerdings mit Schnecke anstelle des Löwenköpfchens), seither ein Instrument des Absamer Meisters von 1665. Außerdem spielt sie Diskantgambe (die kleinste Form der Gambe), Viola und Viola d'amore und Violino piccolo.
