Tomas Alex Tizon is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, a former national correspondent for the Los Angeles Times and longtime staff writer for The Seattle Times. He has contributed to Newsweek and 60 Minutes, and he has lectured at Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Washington. Tizon studied at Stanford University and the University of Oregon. In 1997, he and two colleagues won the Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting.
