Alex Cornish is an Edinburgh based singer songwriter whose début album 'Until the Traffic Stops' was released on Bellevue Records, Alex's own label, in 2008. It is set to be re-released at the end of April 2009. Cornish wrote, sung and performed all the tracks on the album, with the majority being produced in his home studio in Edinburgh. Cornish has being played on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music and XFM Scotland. He was the Sunday Times' 'hottest download of the week'.
