Alan Gray Martin was a Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a chartered accountant by career. He was elected at the Scarborough West riding in the 1974 general election and served one term, the 30th Parliament. Martin was defeated at Scarborough West by William Wightman of the Progressive Conservative party in the 1979 federal election. He made further unsuccessful attempts to win the Simcoe North riding in the 1980, 1984, and 1988 elections.
