Edward Allan (Al) Horning is a Canadian politician. His career included real estate, shipping, business and orchards. In 1980, Horning became an alderman for Kelowna's city council, where he remained until 1988. He was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 1988 federal election at the Okanagan Centre electoral district for the Progressive Conservative party. He served in the 34th Canadian Parliament but lost to Werner Schmidt of the Reform Party in the 1993 federal election.

He did not run for re-election in the 2009 election.
