Aerial Love Feed earned a triple shot of recognition in the fall of 2003 when the New York Press named them "NYC's Best Stealth Band," followed by a CMJ New Music Report cover and article proclaiming them "NYC's Best Kept Secret" and best unsigned band. Lastly, Spin included them in a short list of emerging NYC bands in 2003. Their debut five song EP was produced by Keith Cleversley of The Flaming Lips/Mercury Rev. The band then put out "Weapons of Mass Distortion" (produced by Bill Racine, and the self produced "Rising Sun" under the name "Rockethouse. " Aerial Love Feed opened for the likes of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Interpol, Guided By Voices, and Stellastarr. Aerial Love Feed are currently working on their third record, official first Aerial Love Feed full length. It is reportedly dancey, dark, with a rework of older hits, and a new fusion between the recent Rockethouse material.
