Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khalifa Al Thani is a former Prime Minister of Qatar. He is the younger brother of Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar, and he held office from 29 October 1996 to 3 April 2007. He received his school education in Qatar, got his Secondary School Certificate in 1975, and graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in December 1976.
