Abdullah II Abu l-Abbas was the tenth Emir of the Aghlabids in Ifriqiya (902-903) He took over the Emirate after his father Abu Ishaq Ibrahim II was forced to abdicate after a tyrannical rule. He immediately set about trying to reduce the autonomy of the Kutama Berbers in order to stop the Ismailite mission of Abu 'Abdullah al-Shi'i, however without success. An effort to replace the Malikite law schools with Hanifites from Iraq also failed.

Er versuchte zunächst die autonomen Kutama-Berber zu unterwerfen um die ismailitische Mission der Abu Abd Allah asch-Schiʿi zu unterbinden. Allerdings blieben die Kämpfe erfolglos. Auch der Versuch die Rechtsschule der Malikiten durch die der Hanafiten aus dem Irak auszuwechseln scheiterte. Abdallah II. wurde schon am 27. Juli 903 von seinem Sohn Abu Muda Ziyadat Allah ermordet.

Fou assassinat el 23 de juliol del 903 pel seu fill Abu Mudar Ziyadat Allah III ben Abd Allah, que el va succeir.
