Elle est ensuite rachetée en totalité par Claude Berda, lequel, tout en restant majoritaire, cède 33,5% de ses parts au groupe TF1, le Modèle:Date. AB Groupe pèse en 2010, 720 millions d'euros et Claude Berda détient la 64Modèle:E fortune de France en 2009 avec 450 M€.
