The song was written by Diane Warren and produced by David Foster. It was never released as a commercial single in the United States, where the song reached number 98 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2010, the song was covered by flamenco guitarist Benise (with Kimberley Locke providing vocals) for his album The Spanish Guitar.
