Henry Glover was an African American resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, who was shot to death by New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) officer David Warren on September 2, 2005. Glover's charred body was later found in a destroyed Chevrolet Malibu parked on a Mississippi River levee. Warren was tried on federal charges relating to Glover's death, eventually resulting in an acquittal. Four other NOPD officers were charged in connection with events following Glover's death, including the burning of the body.
