Razzaq Farhan Mussa (Arabic: رزاق فرحان موسى‎‎; born 1 July 1977 in Iraq) is an Iraqi footballer and Olympic athlete. Razzaq Farhan is an instinctive goalscorer, whose speed in thought and deed makes up for his size and power. The Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya forward scored 24 goals in 60 games for the Iraqi national team after making his debut against Lebanon. Farhan has played for several professional clubs, including Qatar Sports Club and Al-Faisaly (Amman). He was also part of the Olympic team in the 2004 Olympic Games, and scored the only goal in a losing semifinal match against Paraguay.

Dort konnte sich Farhan allerdings nicht etablieren und wechselte nach einem Saison zum SC Dubai in die zweite Liga der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate. Ab Juli 2006 spielte Farhan beim FC Ajman, ebenfalls in der zweiten Liga der VAE. Nach kurzen Aufenthalten in Bahrain und Jordanien kehrte er 2009 in den Irak zurück und ist seither wieder für al-Qouwa al-Dschawia tätig.
