Gary Kulesha (born 22 August 1954) is a Canadian composer, pianist, conductor, and educator. Since 1995, he has been Composer Advisor to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. He has been Composer-in-Residence with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony (1988–1992) and the Canadian Opera Company (1993–1995). He was awarded the National Arts Centre Orchestra Composer Award in 2002. He currently teaches on the music faculty at the University of Toronto.

August 1954 in Toronto) ist ein kanadischer Komponist, Dirigent, Pianist und Musikpädagoge. Kulesha war am Royal Conservatory of Music Schüler von und Samuel Dolin und studierte von 1978 bis 1981 in England bei John McCabe und 1982 bei John Corigliano in New York. In den 1970er Jahren war er überwiegend als Dirigent (u. a. für den Rundfunk der CBC) tätig. Von 1981 bis 1985 leitete er die Kammermusik-Workshops beim Stratford Festival, ab 1983 war er dort auch Chefdirigent. Von 1987 bis 2004 war er künstlerischer Leiter des Composer Orchestra, mit dem er CD- und Rundfunkaufnahmen einspielte. (de)
