Milton Darrell Osteen (February 14, 1943 – October 22, 2017) was an American professional baseball player for the Cincinnati Reds and the Oakland Athletics from 1965 to 1970. A right-handed pitcher, he was signed as an amateur free agent in 1962 by the Reds, and was traded to the Athletics on November 21, 1967. He was listed at 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and 170 pounds (77 kg).
