Charles Edward Coles (June 27, 1931 – January 25, 1996) was an American professional baseball player whose career extended from 1950 through 1963. He had a five-game trial in Major League Baseball as an outfielder and pinch hitter for the 1958 Cincinnati Redlegs. Coles was born in Fredericktown, Pennsylvania, and attended Waynesburg College. He threw and batted left-handed, stood 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 m) tall and weighed 180 pounds (82 kg). Coles died in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, at 64 on January 25, 1996.
