Cafer Osman Topçı (Russian: Джафер Осман Топчи, romanized: Dzhafer Osman Topchi, Crimean Tatar: Джафер Осман Топчы; 10 October 1921 – 16 October 1944) was a Crimean Tatar officer in the Red Army during World War II. Wounded six times, he distinguished himself in combat many times and was nominated for the title Hero of the Soviet Union on two separate occasions for it, but never received it.
