Otto Adalbert Schnee (31 December 1913 – 4 November 1982) was a Korvettenkapitän (corvette captain) with Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine during World War II. He commanded the submarines U-6, U-60, U-121, U-201 and U-2511, sinking twenty-one merchant ships on twelve patrols, for a total of 90,847 gross register tons (GRT) of Allied shipping, and received the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves.

Otrzymał stopień Korvettenkapitän, co odpowiada polskiemu komandorowi podporucznikowi. W 1934 wstąpił do Reichsmarine. W 1937 wstąpił do U-Bootwaffe. Na początku wojny służył na U-23. Dowodził okrętami: Był jednym z pierwszych, którzy dowodzili U-Bootami typu XXI. Odbył 12 patroli bojowych, zatopił 21 statków o łącznym tonażu 90 847 BRT. Zatopił również dwa okręty pomocnicze o tonażu 5700 BRT . Uszkodził trzy statki o tonażu 28 820 BRT. (pl)
