Alper Çuğun (born 1981) is an Netherlands-born, Berlin, Germany-based Dutch-Turkish designer, entrepreneur and Open Data activist. He holds a MSc in Media and Knowledge Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Çuğun is a partner and principal technologist of Dutch games company Hubbub and serves on the board of the Open State Foundation (formerly known as Hack the Overheid) that aims to set Open Data on the Dutch and European political agenda.
