	dbpprop:abstract	"Printed Circuit is the pseudonym for Claire Broadley, an artist from Leeds, Yorkshire who makes electronic pop music. Claire's influences are often cited as 1980s synthpop, and retro computer game music of the 1980s, such as that heard on the Commodore 64 and Game Boy. She began her career as a solo artist in June 1999. Claire is now aged 28 and still writes and produces all her own music. In 2005, Andrew Raine joined Printed Circuit as an additional vocalist and synth player. Andrew previously played in Leeds-based rock bands Brown Owl and Baby Harp Seal. Other projects they are involved in include the listings website Cops and Robbers (listings) and Funder Strikes, a monthly club night in Leeds. Printed Circuit have toured the world, playing in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and also in Scandinavia and throughout Europe. They regularly play live in the UK, and recently recorded and interview and live session for the website Last. fm. Claire is currently working on the third Printed Circuit album."@en ;
